Visualization is so important to the development of young people's imagination that I have created the Emerald Lagoon visualization/meditation audio tape, which young athletes of all ages are using with enthusiastic success.
While all young athletes visualize naturally to some degree, not all know how to do it in the most effective way. The keys to successful visualization/meditations are relaxation, focus, graphic imagination, feeling with intensity, and repetition. The Emerald Lagoon, was created to help young athletes do all these things. It is an invaluable tool in teaching them how to use their imagination to achieve their goals and to create future dreams.
The visualization includes a sandy beach, a warm sun, a moss-covered rock pathway, a shallow cave behind a waterfall, and a beautiful, emerald green lagoon. It is easy to follow, fun to do, and very relaxing.
